This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Fantastic place, our favorite of all ground floor kam ends units

We had four adults stay in this lovely unit and it was perfect. Had everything we needed, was decorated and perfect in every way. Located close the the pool, right across the street from the beach, down the street from health food store, just so convenient in all ways. We will definitely come back!

Clean condo with great amenities. Beach items (chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, etc) on site making it convenient for beach days. Loved the first floor location right next to pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is exceeding expectations

Great location and very close to the beach. Beautiful, quiet and very green garden area, nice and clean pool with rentals available. The condo itself is very clean, cozy and stylish, with a fully equipped kitchen, new and very quiet AC, new washer/ dryer, comfy mattress. Beautiful garden view from the lanai. You can even get an ocean view as there’s a full mirror wall! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! I can definitely recommend the place.

This condo was well equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gears, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler. The unit had a great AC unit in both the main living area and the medium. They had a lot of kitchen ware.. everything you would need! The full size washer and dryer were also very nice to have.would highly recommend this unit. Note better TV instructions would help. The TVs has multiple features and clear instructions could help. Also. You needed to be within three feet of the TV to change the channel. I read other guests had an issue wth the Tv.

Excellent place

We were very happy with the rental, it was clean, easy access, well equipped. The whole process from start to finish was simple. I would recommend this place and I definitely plan to rent it again. We had friends staying in other condos throughout Kamaole sands, and ours was by far the nicest I believe, and I was really happy with the price.

Perfect in all aspects!

Very nice clean condo, fully stocked with everything you need (though missing a tea kettle - provided stovetop ones don't work with this stove, an electric one would be nice), air conditioned in both main room and bedroom. Communications with management were easy and informative. Great location, right across the street from Kamaole Beach III (probably the best beach in Kihei). Condominium grounds are nice and well maintained, large pool with three spas just a few steps from the condo. Perfect getaway for a perfect vacation. Thank you Matthew and PMI Maui for this rental!

Great location, beautiful ocean view

The property was nicely appointed with up to date comfortable furnishings in a great location just 2 minutes walk to kamaole beach 3 with a wonderful ocean view from the patio. The major drawback was the poor internet connection,, there was no wifi at all in the master bedroom and it was weak in the rest of the condo. We had to contact the manager 3 times over 11 days to fix the situation and then we were able to get decent wifi in the living room and patio and but only weak wifi in the bedroom. With our young son sleeping in the living room at 7 pm we were off line each night which really limited our nightly entertainment and was not what we expected.
