  • Dit appartement ligt op een van de meest gewilde locaties in het complex. Een volledig uitzicht op de oceaan is beschikbaar vanaf bijna overal in het appartement met een grote Lanai om te zitten en kijken naar de walvissen springen. Het bovenste zwembad en de barbecue liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van uw Lanai-deur op de begane grond.

    Deze unit is uitgebreid gerenoveerd en beschikt over op maat gemaakte Ethen Allen-meubels, waaronder een kingsize bed in de master en een queen size bed in de woonkamer dat opblaast en uiterst comfortabel is. Nieuwe grote flatscreen-tv's zijn toegevoegd in de woonkamer en de Master.

    De keuken is volledig uitgerust, kabeltelevisie, nieuwe wasmachine / droger, telefoon, gratis WiFi, plafondventilatoren, kluis op de kamer en airconditioning in de slaapkamer.

    U kunt een stressvrije vakantie verwachten op een prachtig aangelegd terrein direct tegenover Kamaole Beach III.

Beautiful view

The condo was very nice and well equipped. The view ended up being a nice surprise. Area was relatively quiet and relaxing. Spent every evening on lanai.

Gorgeous location!!

We loved this property. First time our family has visited Maui and we will be back for sure. The unit was very clean when we arrived and well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect! It was far enough away from the road that it was super quiet. I would highly recommend!!

This property was better than advertised. Bill and his staff went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay. Unit was immaculate. Plenty of amenities to take care of your needs. Furniture was very comfortable. Ocean view from the living room and lanai were great. I strongly recommend staying at this unit if the opportunity arises.

Awesome Condo in a great location

This condo is wonderful! Location is great, directly across from Kam III beach/park. Parking was easy. The condo was fully stocked with anything and everything you need. Utilized the BBQ several nights. Ate breakfast with an ocean view every am on the lanai. Kids loved that the pool was so close to the condo. Met some great people at the pool. Lanai closet was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler for use. Bedroom cooled off well when the AC was turned on. Cannot wait to return! This is a fantastic condo!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay at Bill's property our first trip to Maui! The unit was very clean and well stocked with beach/bath towels and kitchen supplies. The AC unit in the bedroom kept us comfortable at night. The kitchen/living area does not have AC, so it got a little warm at times when the doors were closed, but we were out exploring most days anyways so it didn't bother us! The back slider and front door both had screens which let in a nice breeze and helped cool the place down in the morning and evening. Beautiful view from the lanai and we appreciated the included beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and snorkel gear! Great location in Kihei with easy beach access right across the street and just a short drive to restaurants and shops. We were so sad to leave and we can't wait to come back!! Thank you for an incredible vacation!!

Now Bill said I’m a liar. And he has no proof

I stayed at this place. This place was the dirty place in the worst thing in my life. I asked him to acknowledge what I say but he turned me down. He said i am a liar and that’s not right. He has no idea. I don’t want his money back or anything I’m just concerned about the next rental. Please people stay away from this property is not working.

One of the most thoughtfully designed stays!

The property is exactly as described, and in some sense, a little under-described, so I will try to mention some of the things I really appreciated traveling with a couple of young kids. * The location is central to Wilea (fancy restaurants and shops) and the intersection of most highways in Maui, making travel easy. Far better than the northeast shores. * It's literally 20 steps to a quiet pool. The pool was calm the entire time and was excellent for kids. * The beaches you can drive 5 minutes to are practically the nicest in Hawaii, with soft sands, no overbearing resort crowds, and great amenities, including food nearby. They may not be the top-rated ones, but they are excellent regardless of whether you want to be in the sand, enjoy the water nearby, or want to surf/swim. * The combination of AC and fans is great for keeping the space cool (no noisy window ACs here!) * The kitchen and bath are thoughtfully provisioned so you find just about anything, down to extension cords, games, and more. * Check out the lanai closet immediately because it has anything you might need for the beach short of a full-sized surfboard and swimsuits. Also, if you forgot any toiletries, check under the sink! * Please register your car at the front desk within 24 hours! Bill was very responsive even though he was off the island during our arrival, and the house rules are pretty simple. Simply a fantastic stay!

Absolutely Filthy!!! Do not stay here

Showed up at 11pm the condo was a complete mess, hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. Besides that the floor rug looked like it hadn't been changed in 10 years, the cupboards doors were all chipped and broken as were the closet doors, nasty carpets. I called the property manager who said she didn't work there anymore. luckily she texted me the owner's # who I called. He put me up at some cheap days inn for the night and offered to buy me breakfast as a solution. His new property manager then contacted me to say the room wouldn't be clean until the late afternoon. Luckily she offered me a condo at another property as we didn't want to go back and sleep at that nasty condo we had just seen. The owner got really upset as he wouldn't transfer the money we paid for his gross condo to the owner of the new property we were going to stay at. He swore multiple times about how he "had to deal with all this sh*t and how he had to pay for the hotel on our first night". He made us both feel horrible and like it was our fault that his condo looked like a bomb went off. VRBO help desk was completely useless and sided with the owner as they said the owner eventually had people come clean the unit. But there's no way they could get the smell and images out of our heads, but they didn't care about that. Luckily the new property manager Hallie, who found us another place was great. Overall it wasted an entire day of what was supposed to be a relaxing first day in Maui. Horrible experience

Beautiful View!

This unit has a beautiful view and was perfect for us. We bbq almost every evening and enjoyed watching the sunsets there. This owner is very happy to help and replied promptly when we had questions, which was really nice. Very nice unit, super happy with our stay.

The location was right center Kihei, about a block away from all the restaurants I wanted to visit it was very open and had a lot of basic necessities for the trip we didn’t pack. It does get very warm around this time of year and the room only had an AC unit in the room not living room. Overall had a good time!

What a great place to stay. The location of the unit is walking distance to the beach. The house is very accessible and the owner provided us what we need. We had a great stay and looking forward the book the place again when we come back! Super thank you to the host!!!
