Jane's Condo was everything we wanted and needed for a great three days in Wailea. We really appreciated her letting us into the Condo earlier than check in so we could get our food into the refrigerator and luggage out of the car. Additionally she communicated well and responded quickly when contacted. The unit was close to Ulua Beach which had excellent snorkeling...saw 7 turtles that first day! Nice also to have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the porch closet. The unit had everything needed to make a delicious dinner and the BBQ wasn't far to use as well. We did have a little problem with the master toilet on arrival, but the response was immediate and we appreciated it being repaired quickly while we were out. Mahalo! We plan to use it again on our next trip back. Location was great for enjoying that part of Maui.

Great condo and location - difficult neighbor

Great condo in a wonderful complex! Location is great and amenities/condition of the unit are as advertised. Perfect for a relaxing stay on Maui. We would stay in this unit again aside from the fact that the neighbor below made it difficult for us to feel comfortable/ welcome there after approaching us after we arrived and putting a note on our front door about hearing footsteps below him. He told us to walk quieter so we didn’t disturb his family although we had been quiet and respectful and made no disturbing noise.

Great condo except for neighbor

It was a great and clean condo at a great location. Unfortunately this condo has a neighbor who doesn’t want you there. The first day we arrived and got back from dinner at 7pm, the neighbor came up to tell us to get our refund from the owner and that they were light sleepers and sounds from the condo can be heard in their condo and we had to be quiet and not do any heavy walking or running. It sounds like he does this frequently to the guests who stay in this condo.

Awesome home base

We're a family of 4, and this place was perfect for us. The two bedrooms each have a king bed, which means our kids were able to share a bed with plenty of space and we didn't hear anyone complain about being rolled into during the night. We loved having coffee on the lanai, listening to the birds, looking out at Haleakala and the sunrise each morning. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and we used the beach equipment too. The location is fantastic, quick drive to the beaches, walking distance to Monkeypod, Akamai coffee, The Shops at Wailea, the beach path... all good stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

2nd Honeymoon

We loved the property - 2 full sized bedrooms with en suite baths. The primary bedroom has a huge walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The unit was well-furnished with a great kitchen. As golfers, this location is perfectly situated among 3 great Wailea course. There were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance - or a short drive. Jane was very attentive during our stay. There was one very minor issue with the unit when we were there and she was ready to send someone in to fix it, but it had no impact on us, so we had her wait until we had checked out. We would definitely stay here again!

Had everything we needed and prime location for anywhere. Only issue is the neighbor under or on 1st floor apparently makes routine visit to any guests because of the ease of noise heard from just walking/talking/etc in condo. He was kind about it but it made for apprehension to anything we did.

Comfortable in paradise

We found our stay to be very comfortable for a week. We enjoyed the kitchen and cooking a few meals when we were there. The kitchen truly has everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the double-headed shower in the primary bathroom was really helpful when coming back from the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided when we went to the beach, as well as the boogie board, sandpail, and spade. The washer and dryer worked well as we did laundry a few times. We appreciated the carpet so that we didn't walk on sand throughout our stay. Walking distance to some Wailea shops and coffee. The area is beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay for our short trip

Condo property was very well located, 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants, beach. Grounds were very well landscaped and maintained. Pool and BBQ worked perfectly for the times we used it. Was not very busy/crowded. Condo itself was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a nice surprise to see how well stocked it was. For the short trip and family of 4 it worked for our needs. Lanai had a useful awning to block sun in the morning. AC worked well and no issues all around. Would recommend, great value for money.

Next best thing to the Hotel Wailea

We were in Kapalua when the fires struck, and managed to get out of the area three days later. There were no hotel rooms to be found except for one night at the Hotel Wailea, which is one of the highest-rated luxury hotels on the island. We stayed the one night then were fortunate enough to book this condo. The interior design, A/C and amenities are as advertised, luxury.

Jane's property is ideal if you have adult children or two couples as it has 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The property is situated so you are close to everything in Wailea. It is well stocked and ideal if you are out and about. Quiet evenings are perfect for relaxing.

Paradise in Wailea!!!

We loved the location…as we could walk each morning from our unit to the beautiful beaches….loved watching the sunset from our balcony deck, enjoyed meeting others in the nice hot tub, steps away from our unit. The 2-bedroom was perfect for us! We love Grand Champions!!! Mahalo for a special vacation!!!!

Wonderful, well-equipped condo! Very clean and easy access to the beaches. Beds are comfortable and the unit is quiet (except for early morning tennis players). Great value.

Beautiful Condo

The property is great - large, quiet, clean, good location, large modern bathrooms. Can walk to Shops at Wailea ... but easy enough to drive also. Nearby Wailea beach is fantastic. Wailea is quieter and more peaceful compared to Kihei, Lahaina, and Kaanapali - which was just what we were looking for.

Wonderful trip!

The location and the property was great. It was very quiet which we enjoyed! It was nice having two master bedrooms essentially with king size beds so that way one couple didn’t have it better than the other. Would stay here again!
