This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!
