Paradise on Earth

We really enjoyed our stay! The venue was roomy enough and very well equiped. There were extras made available to us which we enjoyed as well (Boogie boards, un relis and beach chairs) to name a few). The location was exceptional as we were right across the beach and within walking distance of a few stores, restaurants and other beaches. We communicated with the owners and had swift responses every time! The other guests/owners on the premises were quiet and respectful. We do recommend you stay at Scott and Eve’s!

This is our 4th stay at Kihei Alii Kai. We love this location. Kamaole I/Charley Young are our favorite beaches. The sand is the softest! This condo was perfect for us! Building A, 2nd floor is super convenient and we never had trouble parking in the lower lot which was super lucky. Loved the extra amenities like the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and some extra kitchen items that we didn't have to buyb(dishwasher pods, olive oil, salt & pepper, etc. You don't always get that lucky. Even a little coffee grinder which was a nice little extra!

The condo was in great condition when my wife and I stayed! The pool and hot tub were a nice touch! Only issues we experienced were just that the area it was located in is a high traffic complex and the parking was not guaranteed to have a spot next to the condo (you would likely have to walk up/down a steep hill).

Wonderful condo

Excellent condo. We've been to Kihei many times but this is the first time in this condo. It's is very large and the split A/C is outstanding. Huge Lanaii. All the beach toys you need. Kitchen is very clean and nice and had everything you would want. The problem with the bedroom is that it is perfect if you want darkness, cool and an amazing bed. Sometimes it was hard to get up but the beach was calling! As it is in the front building so close to the beach. Would stay here again for sure. The couch looks like a good option for kids. Lots of extra bedding. Also lots of starter toilet paper, soap etc. This is a five star rental.

Everything you need and great location

Spent 9 days in Kihei and the location of this Condo could not be any better. Steps from the beach and the small plaza next door was extremely convenient. It was hot while we stayed and the air conditioning worked great. Condo has everything you need for an extended stay and had no issues finding parking every day in the lower lot closest to the condo. Boogie boards, coolers, chairs and wagon were a great add on for all the beach days and nothing is too far from this location.

Perfect little getaway condo

This condo was exactly what our family of 4 needed! A clean, comfortable condo in a great location on Kihei. We loved the updated kitchen and bathroom(with a really great shower after a long day on the beach)! The bbq areas on the property were close by and aided in some great meals. The condo was stocked with everything you may need, and the new air conditioning unit was a treat. The spacious Lanai was a great place to relax and unwind in the evenings. I would recommend this unit to family and friends. Eve was very pleasant and super responsive to any questions that we had throughout the whole rental process. Thank you so much for extending your little piece of paradise to us!

Great holiday location

The location of the condo was great and the condo was really clean. The location at Kamaole I beach is ideal for families. The pool and spa were great to finish ours days. The listing is complete (we did not miss anything), accurate and everything worked appropriately. Communications with the owner was easy. The owners were responding quickly. The checkin instructions were clear, and received well enough in advance so that the checkin process was easy and fast. Checout process was also easy to do. No excessive requirements to do. We definitively had a great time, and we thank you for that. We definitvely recommend this location.

Just the best!

This is our second year at this condo - and in the last year the owners made several updates - including AC which we did not end up needing - but a fresh paint job - some tasteful decorating - an update to the Bathroom and we fell in love all over again - kitchen is nicely stocked Owners so easy to communicate with and happy to help The location is perfect for walks to the beach - lots of great food option near by - We are so happy we found it - and can't wait to return for even longer in 2025.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It had a one bedroom with lots of room and air conditioning, both in the bedroom and in the living room. It had everything we needed, including beach, chairs, and a cooler. Every morning I made a coffee and sat on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping, and read my book! The first night, we had a hard time finding the condo as we arrived very late at night and had to lug our luggages up and down stairs until we found the condo. The best thing to do is to pull into the first parking area on the right to see if there’s any spots available and then go park at the end of the building. Once we found the condo, we had no problem parking and getting to the condo even if we had a park at the far end of the building. This condo is in a really terrific area a Kihei close to many restaurants and shops. The owners were terrific to deal with, and were very responsive!! I would definitely stay here again, but this is not a place for someone that is disabled - as there are many stairs, going up and down.

We loved this condo! The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and up-to-date. The bed was amazing, we slept so well. The lanai was great after a long day of exploring the island. A nice tropical breeze, a cocktail, and comfy lanai furniture top off a perfect day in paradise. So grateful for the use of beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. The hot tub and pool are very nice also. Would highly recommend it. Glad to hear they are getting better AC. Fans and the breeze helped keep us cool.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our stay here for sure. The location is ideal - near Kamaole 2 and 3 beaches, near numerous other properties (we had friends in 2 properties near by) and all the restaurants, plazas, bus stops etc. The apartment is well appointed and has most things needed for an easy stay. There is no kettle but a pot on the stove worked well enough for my morning tea; additional BBQ tools would be helpful. We arrived well after dark had fallen and had a challenging time finding the condo. We eventually found a building map in the parking registration room, which was a big help. A few items that detracted from our stay: 1. No where to hang/dry wet towels and swim suits. We found this a real challenge on a daily basis. 2. Property description indicates it is air conditioned but that is not entirely accurate. There is one portable style air conditioner in the living room (which can't be moved, due to the cable being zip tied to an electrical conduit). In addition this A/C unit is on a 2 hour timer. This was insufficient to cool the main living space on days above 26 degrees Celsius and was never able to cool the bedroom in any meaningful way. The extra fan in the bedroom didn't work and is very dirty. Extra fan in living room works but is also in need of a clean. 3. Lack of instructions for using the entertainment system did prove a challenge (we only tried to use it twice). A great space that we liked but at times we were uncomfortably warm.
