1. Our condo is cozy with an amazing view of the ocean from the lanai -- our favorite part about this condo. You can even see the ocean from the living room and kitchen! The condo is located in the most popular building #1 because of its distance to the beach and it is on the 3rd floor which has magnificent ocean view!

2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach.

3. Our condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for your day on the beach. We also have a golf set for you to use.

4. The condo has an AIR CONDITIONING in the living room and AIR CONDITIONING in the bedroom (which is rare for most maui condos), ceiling fans in both living room and bedroom to prevent the condo from getting hot. Rest after a long day at the beach in a comfortable queen bed with 4 inch memory foam topper, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

5. The kitchen and bathroom have granite counter tops and the living room has a 50 inch LCD TV.

7. Our condo is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The shower head should be changed so it can swivel. It is pointing towards the shower wall and difficult to use. The location of the unit is over a very busy street and is really noisy. I was not expecting that.

First the view was perfect. You could watch the sunset from the lanai. Second was location. Charles Young Beach access was directly across the road, close to restaurants hwy access, Markets and Kihei’s weather and beaches are exactly why you travel to Maui. The resort had private pools and BBQ areas and the room had everything you needed. Full kitchen with washer and dryer. We will be back. Mahalo

Mostly pleased with the stay. We've stayed in Maui Vista several times before but a first for this unit. We loved the view of the beach and happy with the kitchen and beach accessories. The extra A/C unit in the bedroom was very welcome. Check in was easy and efficient.Some cons were that we didn't find the condo fully cleaned. We had to clean out the coffee pot basket area that was disgustingly dirty before using and the kitchen counters. We also saw evidence of some mold in the regulator of the washing machine.Overall it was a good condo and we'd stay there again. The cleaning crew just needs to be a little better.

I would stay here again. The location and view are perfect. The unit is dated and needs some work, but was safe, clean, and functional. You will need to get your own coffee, coffee filters, shampoo and shower soap.

Great Stay

This property was just right for us. Very clean, comfortable. Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. It has a small(ish) pool. One of three in the complex. It was never crowded. But who needs a pool when a beautiful beach is a very short walk away? The unit has a nice view of the ocean, we enjoyed nearly every sunset sitting outside on the deck. Our unit was in the 3rd door, and there is an elevator. Parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again .

Communication was outstanding. Checkin was easy with door code. Quiet no road or area noise. Hall to unit very poor lighting reducing secure feeling. Unit was clean w/slightly worn condition, kitchen cabinet doors need tightening/adjusting/refreshing. Glasses/dishes/silverware was like a garage sale find nothing matched. Bathroom lighting weak (easy fix change CFL's to LED bulbs) but clean just be sure to bring your own toiletries plus a extra roll of TP. Shower has 3/4 glass wall so shower floods floor no matter how hard you try to avoid. A/C unit blows directly into comfortable couch side so just kept cycling (easy fix was to move couch 3' from wall to blow towards bedroom) after that unit stayed cool. Towels another garage sale find and well worn. Bed was comfortable and sheets newer. Carpet was clean and in great condition, marble floors very 1990. Beach stuff great surprise chairs/umbrella/mat/etc. Final words, for the price point (it's not a Westin) we will stay again and would be great with the above small updates.

The location of this condo was great, across from beach and had a fantastic selection of beach equipment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable and condo had most things you would need. The condo was not very clean, the curtains were nastily dirty. The shower would leak depending on how the shower curtain was angled.

Needs some work in condo

We had stayed at 2 other resorts in Maui and this one was our last 2 weeks. We were disappointed in a shower that leaked on the floor so I was cleaning up after every shower. They put a curtain rod in inside the glass wall that made the shower 4 inches narrower and you had to be careful when getting in or out and still had some water so washing extra towels every day. Plus the water was not hot in the shower. And I menitoned the people below our condo smoking pot which smelled so we coundn't enjoy the porch much.... sorry Feel like this one was not a a good place to have a vacation. Felt we paid to much especailly conpaired to the others we stayed at.

Amazing View

We come to Maui every February. The view was amazing but the condo could use some tender, loving care. The drapes are torn, the clock needs new batteries, the cooling system is challenging and there were no beach towels to be found. Still, if it had been available we would have rented it again next year just for the view. The other issues were minor.

Listing is accurate, lovely sunset views from the small deck. We could also see whales breaching from the deck. Great location, can easily walk to a number of restaurants/food trucks.

Vary nice place with an AWESOME view

We enjoyed our stay greatly and decided when we come back we're going to try and book this exact property. Was perfect for two ladies having a 3 day stay. We didn't cook but did use the washer and dryer using the soap provided. Used the sink to wash cups and such. The plates and bowls were abundant.

Best affordable hidden gem on Maui

Wow- Hidden gem. It is perfect, my husband and I really settled in here for the 10 days of our trip and loved it. The bed is extremely comfortable and it is cool enough in the bedroom- we stayed in May! We slept very well! It’s not extremely modern but at this price point, how could you expect that? It is beautiful. This place is in a perfect location- the balcony is charming, the high top is wonderful, chairs are comfortable and the view-Wow! We loved getting fresh poke from foodland and enjoying the view on the balcony! You can walk to foodland! And Kihei caffe and the open air markets- it’s all a 5-10 min walk, perfect!!! Also there is everything possible to use during your stay- beach towels, awesome Tommy Bahama beach chairs that you wear like backpacks, sand buckets, boogie boards, coolers! You usually pay a rental fee for these things at a hotel! When you walk out of your room, there’s a staircase right across from it that leads right out across Maui Vista to the cross walk! Also elevators. Room’s in a perfect location! Not to mention the washer and the dryer were convenient, we didn’t have to pack as much! Everything was so clean with plenty of sheets and towels! There is also tons of closet space! When you walk in the door, the bedroom is on your right, the bathroom is in front of the door and to the left is the lanai, living room and kitchen. Check in was easy- called security after hours. Check out is expected by cleaning people to be on the dot. We love this place
