'The room was amazingly clean. The property was across the street from a beach that was easy to walk to. The washer and dryer was great, access to the grill was super helpful. I wish I could give half stars because I would give 4.5. My only complaint was the courtyard, pool area. You could tell it was once stunning, but it had fell to disrepair. I do realize they are going to renovate this fall. I just wish there could have been a pool loop so we coule have skimmed the pool. Other than that minor...

'This is a nice and quiet complex with many permanent owner occupants. The location is close to shops and stores. Charley Young beach was an easy walk down the street. The Kitchen has everything needed. Beach chairs provided. Large lanai where we enjoyed coffee and some meals. The contact person Cheryl was available for any questions and help. 'This corner unit has direct ocean views from two sides, and is very tastefully decorated with a beach vibe. Everything you’ll need is stocked in the kitchen and there are beach chairs and umbrellas as well. The laundry is a shared, coin-op laundry and the bedroom is on the street side of the condo which was sometimes noisy in the early mornings, especially on garbage day. But the coziness of the condo and the incredible location, steps from the beach, made it a place we’d definitely return...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location was great - there were lots of great local restaurants that we could walk to each evening. We loved the "vibe" of the neighborhood. We especially loved watching sunset on the 7th floor patio. No frills - but clean and comfortable!'

'The grounds were beautiful and the access to the beach was great. It was neat to watch all the sea turtles that sunbath on the beach and rock wall.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for all our cooking needs. '

'Perfect location to the beach and stores in Kihei. Lots of room for us parents and plenty of space for young teenagers to have their own space. The pool came in prefect when the clouds and wind blew in which help especially with the kids. Hope to make this an annual stay for our family. Maybe even again this year for my 50th.
