« Brian was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The cabin is perfectly positioned in a quiet neighborhood that is minutes from the beach and downtown. Comfortable, cute and reasonably priced for the located and amenities provided. »

« The property comfortably accomodated eight family members. It was comfortable, clean and convenient (walkable) to both town and the beach. The host was responsive and in communication. A few amenities for ktichen and bathroom would be helpful; but this worked really well for a large group and would stay again. »

« The unit was on the first floor and right on the street, which wasn't that bad, but in response, all the plastic shades were closed and broken so you couldn't open them. This made the unit very dark. The kitchen "table" was tiny with two beat up looking high metal stools to sit on. The floors weren't in very good condition and neither were the quarter rounds around the tub. Some of the furniture was very nice and the beds were comfortable, but they were pushed up right against the walls on...

« The location is good. But, this property is in need of some major TLC - the most egregious examples are the broken front bedroom window which is partially covered by cardboard and duct tape and the peeling exterior paint. Southern charm in this case means run down. Several properties in the neighborhood have been renovated/updated and the owners of this property should follow suite so it's not the most unsightly house on the block. Lastly, the neighbors/renters in the green house next door...
