« This property is small but fine for two people who were on the go most of the time. It could feel a little cramped if there were more people or as a place to stay for an extended period during the day. It is a few miles from Custer State Park and Mount Rushmore, so it was in a good spot for our adventures, and easy walking distance to the downtown area. It offered good, basic accommodations without any frills. We have no complaints. »

« Overall we had a great stay. The property was a great location to Custar, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, and Hot Springs. The furniture and beds were cute and comfortable. There were great views and elk were seen early in the morning. It does state linens are provided but there is only one towel per person so if you need more you may want to bring your own. There also was not handtowels in the kitchen and not enough coffee for our stay. There were a few other small items that I was surpised were...

« We had a wonderful time at this charming cabin. Everything was clean, new, functional, and cisually appealing. The beds were great! The best beds we've ever had in a hitel or short-term rental. Peaceful location, and the kids loved the little playground. We would love to come back again. »

« My family and my sister’s family came to Custer for buffalo round up. We had great communication with the hostess. She was very thorough and accommodating. The home is better than it looks in the pictures.. the beds were very comfortable. Very spacious and everything you need at a VRBO’s house was very clean and organized . It was above our expectations and met our needs. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Our stay at this property lasted all of about 30 minutes before we tapped out. From the front door, we walked down the steps into a dingy basement hallway with three identical, unmarked doors. We could hear somebody on the left, so we tried one of the other two doors at random. The door to the front door unlocked our door, and there was no dead bolt on our door. That makes me think that anybody that could get in the house could get in our space, so we felt really unsafe. Additionally, the place...
