208 Mariners Club - Newly Renovated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath Townhome

Newly renovated! This tri-level townhouse has a laid-back, welcoming Florida Keys vibe, pristine decor, sleek new kitchen and baths and a lovely view of the marina and tropical gardens.

From the entry foyer, a flight of stairs takes you up to the 2nd floor main living level, where you are greeted with soothing tropical color and comfortable island furnishings. The dining table has seating for 6 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The lustrous new white cabinetry is topped with perfect, complementary quartz counters and features stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 for an enjoyable sit-down meal or for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun in the sun. The breakfast bar has seating for three.
The living room boasts a large, flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a love seat, a side chair, and an open floor plan to the dining area.

Step outside into the screened patio for a relaxing after-dinner aperitif and enjoy the peaceful marina view as the boats return to the harbor. Or, if a little after-dinner activity is in order, a spiral staircase leads from the screened porch down to the brick-paved pathway and to the clubhouse pool, grotto spa, and game room.

Also on the 2nd floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a large daybed and a single, pullout trundle.

The 3rd-floor master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a large glassed-in sitting area to relax and enjoy that marina view through the treetops. It's the perfect spot to take your coffee every morning for peaceful meditation. A luxurious ensuite bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a stunning step-in shower tops off this spacious master suite.

Also located on the 3rd floor is a second master suite with bright pops of color, a queen-size bed, and a full, 4-pc ensuite bath.

Even the most selective and well-traveled guest will be pleasantly surprised!

NOTE: 3-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. (Garage NOT available to guests) No arrivals on Christmas day.

The townhouse was spacious, clean, and uncluttered. The community was well kept and quiet despite being a busy holiday week. Both the kids and adults in our group loved the large, heated pool. We loved having this as our home base and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything with the stay was wonderful. The only downside, which wasn’t really anyone’s fault per se, was the lack toddler/baby equipment. No pack and play option, no high chair option and no baby gates for the two sets of very dang stairs. Again, just a downside but no ones fault.

The condo was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was very clean and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The furnishings are very nice and the beds were comfortable, which is a nice bonus! The only thing I would note is that the bedroom with the daybed becomes very small if you also use the trundle to sleep two in the room, so that room is best used for smaller kids if it is sleeping two people.

We had a Wonderful time! There was plenty of space for our family of five. We had a few minor issues with ants, but it did not impact our comfortable stay. We loved the pool and Pickleball court! Would highly recommend.

Great place to relax.

We stayed 9 days total. This place is pretty quiet for the most part. 2 pools. One resort style pool. This is where it looked like all the action was at. That wasn’t our vibe. The other pool was for us not as fancy but we had it to ourselves pretty much. Our condo was well appointed. Clean. Comfortable. We had a good time.

Magnificent property

We loved the Mariners Club. It was much better than described in the listing. Check in was quick and easy. The property was clean, updated and in an excellent location. We loved the pool and the hot tub was awesome. We spent every evening in the hot tub. Also the view of the marina was beautiful. The grounds were kept very well. Our only recommendation would be 2 double beds instead of a trundle bed but we were aware of that when we rented. The trundle is not big enough for adults. Would recommend this property highly.

Beautiful property, clean and decorated nicely. Our first visit to Key Largo, nice property. Only issue were TV is master bedroom did not work and hot water was low. But the overall property and site were lovely. Property Manager responded quickly on requests.

Nice location and grounds

The complex was beautiful with well maintained grounds. Staff was responsive to our needs. Location was good for exploring the Keyes and day activities. Many good eateries nearby. Unit itself was clean. Could have used some games and cards for out of towers. Master was beautiful. Our family enjoyed their stay.

Very comfortable, modern unit

Unit is very nicely updated, has a HUGE master bedroom suite, and a great view onto the marina. Very comfortable. Only thing to be aware of is that the third bedroom is a little small. A little tight for a couple adults. Still, would definitely stay here again.
