'We had been so thrilled with an opportunity to live in the silent city, Mdina. On entering the house, we're smitten by the beauty of the old house of character in Malta. Maria, our host stocked the house so well. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. 'This was such a unique property. I loved being able to walk out our front door directly into the Citadel! It was nice to explore outside of the crowded times (12-3). 'The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier.
