Chalets in Kensington Metropark

'We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed'

'We flew all day and arrived at the hotel after midnight and we were extremely tired. As we tried to find a parking place, we noticed the strong smell of marijuana in the area and several people outside on their patios talking and partying. We told the desk clerk we didn't want to stay but he told us we wouldn't be able to find a better hotel this time of night. So we stayed. The so called new "renovated" room we were upgraded to was filthy and stunk like mold. There was a hard roach shell...
