'Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.'

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.'

'We really liked staying on the main floor. Ours was connected to the courtyard & the pool was easily accessible from the courtyard. All we had to do was exit through our sliding glass door, walk across the courtyard & enter through a sliding glass door to the pool. The hot tub was huge! The queen beds actually fit 2 people comfortably. The tv was a nice size as well. We LOVED the shower! The lobby was nice & very spacious. This location does have a restaurant inside the hotel. 'The staff at Margaritaville were exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. They really seemed to prioritize the guests. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable as well as clean. The only complaint I have is that I didn't realize they sold day passes to the pool for $40.00. Anyone who wants to enjoy their pool is welcome to pay which really makes it overcrowded. Really overcrowded to the point it made it uncomfortable. Many families with children occupied the pool and seating...

It’s close to shopping and a Starbucks and only about 10 minutes or so from the baseball and football stadiums so super convenient location.'
