« We had a wonderful stay in that house. Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. « Spacious home, but definitely could use some landscaping and improvements to the outside. We weren't aware that there was no yard but should have asked. There is a playground at the school down the street. »

« House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk. »

« The location is excellent. Easily walkable to Dock Square and many nearby restaurants. And, it's really big. Lots of room for family, friends and our Corgi. »

« This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property . It is a great space for a large group . Kitchen is well stocked . Beds are very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! This time we had a little trouble getting hooked up to WI-Fi but finally did. We are planning to go back to this property in the future . »

« The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay.
