Je suis extrêmement déçu par Hotels.Com, car j'ai réservé une villa avec piscine privée, clairement indiqué dans ma réservation, malheureusement j'ai reçu une villa communautaire avec piscine partagée, avec entre 10 et 20 villas communautaires. En tant que client fidèle de Hotels.com, je trouve cela inacceptable et il est très difficile de vous contacter directement. Rixo's a déclaré que cela était dû à une description incorrecte de la villa proposée sur votre site. Une explication serait appréciée immédiatement!

Un de nos meilleurs vacances familiales avec 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans. Aquapark, accrobranche, tennis, piscine, pingpong, plage, etc... Les enfants ont été très heureux.

Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.

Personel çok ilgisiz herkes başına buyruk yiyecekler lezzetsiz alkollü içecekleri verirken elleri titriyor hiç memnun kalmadık.Daha önce beldibi Rixosta kalmıştık orayla buranın alakası yok ,oada personel aşırı ilgili ve güleryüzlü yemekleri çok daha iyidir.

Brilliant hotel we had the best holiday with our 7 month old baby, Great staff and lovely food options even the A'la Carte buffet was great which usually isn't at all inclusive hotels, having stayed at several Rixos hotels around the world we found this to be the best yet! Great idea having your own personal assistants via a whats app group chat they were always on hand for any thing we needed. We will definely be back soon!

We traveled with 2 little kids and been very impressed with this hotel. Amazing kids programme, kids club and afternoon/ evening shows! Very nice cocktails at the bars with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Lovely staff and ability to have assistance on whatsapp is a huge advantage. Highly recommend to attend sport classes outside with the view to the pool- something definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

Her şey çok güzeldi. Sadece süit odada salondaki klima güzel serinletirken, yatakodasındaki klimanın sadece fanı çalışıyor ve içeri tuhaf nem kokusu veriyordu. Teknik servis geldi ancak bir işlem yapmadan gitti. Problem çözülmedi. Bir de asansörlerde havalandırma ya yoktu ya da yetersizdi. Bunlara rağmen dinlendirici bir tatil geçirdik. Her şey düşünülmüş.

Güzel bir tatildi
Deniz mükemmeldi, otel kalabalık olduğu için içecek servisi biraz geç olabiliyordu. Yemekler lezzetliydi ama çeşitliliği çok değildi daha çok çeşit olabilirdi. Akşam eğlenceleri daha kaliteli olabilirdi.

Rixos otellerinin en iyisi...
Daha önce diğer Rixos Premium Belek ,Sungate ,Bodrum ve Dubai otellerinde de kalmıştık. Bunlar arasında kıyasladığımızda belki bina olarak Belek daha şık olsa da bizce açık ara bütün tesis olarak ve deniz kalitesi olarak Tekirova en iyisiydi. Pandemiden dolayı açık büfe yemek servisi değişmiş. Seçilen yemeği personel tabağa koyuyor ve bence bu düzen her zaman yapılmalı. Alakart restaurantlardan misafir azlığından dolayı sadece ikisi açıktı. Kapasitenin çok altında misafir olmasına rağmen hizmet kalitesi ,temizlik ,personel kalitesi Rixos otellerine yakışır standartdaydı.Aslında bu sakinlikten çok hoşlandık. Tesis oldukça büyük bir alanda yayılmış, ve çok zevkli ve bakımlı peysaj yapılmış.Hergün tesis içinde 15000 adım yürüyüş yapabildik. Plajı , havuzu çok bakımlı ve güzel. Türkiye'de birçok tatil köyüne gitme fırsatımız oldu ve kesinlikle burası tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir tesis.
