'This is an older hotel that is clean and close to restaurants and shopping. I have stayed multiple times because once I stayed with my Labrador when he was having surgery in Kelowna. They treated him so well. It meant everything to me. They make your stay special.'

'Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! '

'Hotel is ruled by mostley"yong" women. Rooms are dirty. Doors and floors. There were 3 trachcans. One has been emtyd. Towels were take away. No towels are put back. Run out off coffie or hot water in the afternoon. They do their best but thy just not see it..... they are busy with little tickets with who they like to work most.....'
