'There were no other hotel options within the area available due to a tournament of some kind. Upon arrival staff attempted to increase the rate to double+ the cost because of lack of availability. As I had booked via expedia with the rate already outlined they were required to maintain it much to their disgruntlement. '

'No toilet paper in the room, had to go get some after using the toilet. Not allowed to flush toilet paper so had to pile it in the garbage can. '

'We had to go out late to find a store and buy our own bedding the room was so dirty, bedding was stained even the shower curtain was stained. Parking was ok. Pictures make it look good but looks are deceiving. Beds were comfortable once we put our own bedding on to protect against the stains and bloody needle marks. Oh, and the front desk guy was sleeping and we couldn’t wake him up had to go back outside and ring the bell. Awkward.'

'The bathroom ceiling was lined with thick black mold all around. Ceiling fan in bathroom is filthy and not working. A gaping hole in the bathroom wall filled with kleenex or toilettepaper. The taps were not secured and bolted or caulked. The shower tap is not installed correctly and doesn't turn off until you hit that perfect spot. The shower curtain is neglected and filthy and old. Simple care can fix these issues and yet got overlooked like black mold is nothing??? Have pictures to...

'Staff was very nice but ceilings are poorly insulated for sound, you can hear conversations upstairs. Staff started cleaning room upstairs at 9am on a Sunday which was very loud and we felt was too early. Also no comforter or duvet on the bed - or in the room as an option - was too cold in the winter.'

'Prima , beetje gedateerd, hotelletje met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Goede bedden, oud maar compleet keukentje. Mooie omgeving. Veel restaurantjes en winkels in de omgeving.'
