'my fiancé and i stayed 3 nights with our dog, the lobby was beautiful, hallway to hotel room was super clean and quiet. check in was super easy and the staff were friendly, we stayed on 1st floor and had a sliding door to exit to walk our dog which was soooo convenient! bathroom is a little out dated, but nothing to bad to complain about or leave a bad review, the room had a bit of a smell and we couldn’t figure out what it was but again .. not that big of a deal. very convenient place to stay...

'We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. '

'Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!'
