'I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked through Expedia, and when I checked in, there was absolutely no mention of the major noises happening directly below my room. Starting at 8:30 AM, there has been nonstop noise—loud hammering and drilling. (it’s currently 11 AM as I’m writing this, and it’s still ongoing). The noise is so loud that it’s impossible to sleep or relax, which completely defeats the purpose of being on vacation. I went to the front desk, and they said...
