If the host tells you he will call you just plan on him not because they kept emailing me to get them my driver's license even though I already did 3 times. « Perfect place for us and our 70 pound lab. One acre to chase the ball without upsetting anybody. Very clean comfortable cabin. We stopped for groceries before we got there and barbecued some burgers for dinner. It was a quiet night in a comfortable bed. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. So much better than a hotel room! »

« The cabin was really cute and verry cozy, could not recommend this place enough! While we stayed at the cabin it had snowed a considerable amount overnight. The next day while leaving my girlfriend had taken the wrong turn and got stuck about 1.5miles down the road. Me not having any means to remedy the situation I made a hail marry call to the property owner at 8am to see if he could help. Sure enough he immediately came to the rescue with a bobcat and chains. « We noticed most Kenai cabins are necessarily isolated in the woods and were delighted to discover this rare alternative. The cabin is very nice with immediate access for beach walks and awesome views of the Mt Redoubt volcano and mountain range across the Cook inlet. Good basecamp location for visiting Homer and Seward on day trips. »
