The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new, elegant building and stands out with its bright color scheme, Scandinavian style, and functional solutions that create a pleasant, homely atmosphere from the very first moment.



The heart of the studio is the spacious living area with a kitchenette, decorated in shades of white, black, gray, and wood, complemented by stylish accents that catch the eye. A comfortable, large double bed ensures a restful stay for two people, while a pull-out mattress 80 cm wide provides an additional sleeping space for a child.
