'Just to step into our accommodation with the heat pump going was awesome! So lovely and warm with a cold day outside! Cleanliness couldn't be faulted. Proximity to St Clare and the beach, cafes and restaurant just a short walk away was really the icing on the cake! Although all the TV channels was a winner as well. Great communication with Simon the host! Would recommend this place to everyone!'

'The house is in a fantastic location with beautiful views and plenty of space — great for a group or family. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated how roomy the property was.However, we found the space lacked warmth and wasn’t especially comfortable for hanging out together. The kitchen was under-equipped, which made cooking and meal prep a challenge. Excellent communication with host however some confusion on my behalf with instructions on Expedia vs link sent from host. This caused a few hassles with check in! 'We were contacted by the property owners/managers to write a review and that is what we’ve done. Unfortunately after booking the property 2 weeks in advance we were contacted 1 hour prior to our arrival and told it was no longer available to us as we were bringing our very well behaved golden retriever. They told us the property was not pet friendly. On their website when we booked the property was listed as pet friendly and still is. Be weary pet owners!'

'We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin.'
