'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little...

'Good and helping staff but no consistency in service and seems disorganized.'

'Alles was perfect kwa service, faciliteiten en eten. Wat ik zelf minder vond is dat ze in het weekend feesten houden in de restaurantjes beneden wat zorgt voor ongelooflijke lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend uren. Ik heb om 2 uur snachts met de receptie gebeld om te vragen wat er aan de hand is en was geïnformeerd dat het snel klaar is en dat het om een feest gaat. En dan duurde nog zeker een uur voordat het voorbij was.'

'Great breakfast Kind staff Comfortable Accomodation Enjoyed staying here'

'We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous.'

'Centraal gelegen hotel. Ontbijt voornamelijk georiënteerd op India. Zeer attent personeel. '

'Clean room and helpful staff'

'Centraal gelegen. Behulpzaam personeel. Lawaaierige airco'

'While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it.'

'At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. '

'Internet goes out regularly. After waiting for hours on the staff to come by and several calls, they tell me internet is out all together. Next day the same problem. The front desk staff is bored, rude and unhelpful. A Towel-service at the pool would be helpful too, instead of having to go back to your room and use your rooms towels at the pool. The restaurant staff is helpful and polite.'

'The staff was very courteous and helpful. The stay too was comfortable and 👍good. . '
