This gorgeous oceanfront, two bedroom, two bath condo at Lae Nani in Kapaa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself with friends and family.

Private, top floor corner unit (no one above you), featuring high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen remodeled with granite counter tops, new cabinets, new lighting, farmhouse stainless sink & tile floor.

Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view from our spacious Lanai, walking distance to swimming (beach or pool), recreation and nearby shopping and dining. Ten minute drive from the Lihue Airport, two minutes drive to the award winning Wailua municipal Golf Course.

Enjoy free secure internet access and free gated parking with security guard on site. There is a very comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom that can be joined into a King size bed at your request for an additional nominal charge.

This lovely unit overlooking scenic Wailua Bay is the perfect getaway. The beach is just steps away across the beautifully landscaped vast lawn. Children can wade in the sheltered lagoon or play in the swimming pool. Adults will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere by breakfasting on the lanai and watching the ocean, exotic birds, beautifully landscaped grounds or relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.

There are also countless activities on site or nearby, from playing tennis at our very own lighted court, to snorkeling, surfing, fishing, hiking or golfing at one of the nearby courses.

Great location. They ask that you remove your shoes when entering, which is fine BUT make sure the floor is CLEAN! The living area air conditioner didn’t work. It didn’t affect us because a breeze came through. The bedrooms air was working fine.

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Kauai. The unit was big enough for our family of 4 (2 teens), which can be hard to find. We cook all of our meals when visiting so the full kitchen and community BBQ was essential. Lots of pool/beach/court (pickle ball) equipment to use. Looking at making a return visit and will book again.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned since the previous renter. Dirty towels on the floor , dirty bed sheets, dirty bathrooms, no clean towels. We couldn't get it cleaned until 1pm the next day.

Great stay in Kauai

We had a very nice stay in this unit! Check in was a breeze with great communication from the owner and on site property manager. The unit was as described, compound had beautiful landscaping and the pool was perfect! Nice bbq area as well. Location is perfect for exploring the island. We had a few very slight hiccups, namely no dish soap and no dishwasher soap, but the local manager personally delivered those items within the day. There were also some dead batteries in the AC remotes, also provided sane day. Some instructions on how to use the AC units would be helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a rice maker, lots of pans, and plenty of plates and silverware. We added a few insulated drink cups for pool cocktails to the collection, as well as a small igloo cooler for beach and pool trips. Overall we would highly recommend this unit! It was a great spot with lots of amenities nearby!

Beautiful condo & idyllic location!

This condo is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a perfect home away from home for our family of 4 adults during our weeklong stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out & have their own space. There were a couple of small maintenance/housekeeping issues during our stay that were quickly resolved by contacting the property manager (light bulbs being replaced and sheets for sofa bed provided). The grounds of the Lae Nani are so lush and beautiful. It’s much more beautifully landscaped than any of the neighboring properties including the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort. We didn’t end up using the grills by the pool, but they looked very nice and clean w/ a couple of picnic tables to use for eating or sitting at while you’re cooking.

Superb location

This unit is in a great location making it easy to access all the activities we wanted and close to convenient shopping. The grounds are beautiful, the complex very quiet and the pool quite large. It was lovely to be able to sit on the lanai and hear the waves so close. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were particularly pleased with the kitchen being so well stocked as we like to cook - and the barbecues by the pool were great as well. There was good bedding, pillows and extra towels. It is, however, in need of some TLC in a few places (e.g. some peeling paint, curtains that had come off the track/wouldn’t close in the living room, a bathroom sink very slow to drain) and has older bathroom and kitchen fixtures/finishes. This is not uncommon in an older rental condo. It certainly didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our vacation, but I mention it as these things might bother some. Note the coin laundry, which is very close by the unit, now has a payment app. Unfortunately it can only be used on a US smart phone - so we had to collect up our quarters instead. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great Location!

Loved the location of the property. Super close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Very walkable and only a couple minutes drive from other restaurants in the area. The main property has a pool and they look to be building a few outdoor bbqs near the pool so it’s only getting better!

Wonderful location

The Kapa’a location was great (about halfway between Waimea and Hanalei). The only problem was the AC wasn’t working in the kid’s room, then it went out in our bedroom after the second night. The on-site property manager wasn’t able to help and so it was never fixed during our stay- thank goodness for ceiling fans. I would get assurances that the AC is in working order before checking in.

Beautiful place to stay

Convenient location on Kauai- easy to get to north and south parts of the island. Beautiful property and loved the ocean front view. My family appreciated the closet of beach toys, snorkel gear, etc but some chairs were rusty/broken and should be replaced. Great amenities in the condo. Very comfortable. Only complaint is the water in the shower did not get much above luke warm. Overall we would stay here again.

February On Kauai

The location is perfect, on the east side, halfway between the north shore and the south shore. The unit has great views of the sea. Sunrises are spectacular. The beach right outside the unit is great with a calm area for little kids, and you don't have to drive anywhere. The unit itself is spacious but some of the finishes are off (laminate flooring gaps, door latches that are loose, paint lines are shaky in places). The appliances are older but worked fine. All in all a great place to stay on Kauai. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo, but not perfect

Here are the pros and cons of our stay at this condo….. Pros….GREAT location! Can walk to the Coconut Marketplace and to the Lava Lava Beach Club. Beach is just steps away. Nice heated pool. Grounds of the complex are kept up and are very beautiful. Beautiful ocean view (although palm trees block some of it). Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook. Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, coolers etc. are appreciated. Cons…condo is a little dated and could some updates. We were a family of 4 and were only given 4 bath towels and 2 washcloths. More towels would be appreciated, or at least let your guests use the washer and dryer in the condo. There is a laundry facility downstairs but we never had enough quarters to use it. Hot water does not last long. After the first shower, the next 3 were with cool water. The air conditioners make a weird loud buzzing sound every couple of minutes. If I had to sleep with them on it would have kept me up. Internet does not work well at all, couldn’t watch anything on the tv that required streaming or use a laptop without losing connection.

Perfect for our family of 3

Had such a great time at this condo. The location was great, very clean, and loved that it was nice and quiet. AC was a huge plus and I loved being on the top floor. Only negatives (which were minor) is that the palm trees blocked most of the view from the balcony and the master bath shower rarely got above luke warm. But again, this was trivial. We loved our time here and don’t want to go home! Highly recommend.
