'Een heel mooi, traditioneel hotel. We werden heel warm onthaald en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig in het hotel. Het onsen bevindt zich op het bovenste verdiep dat je ook uitzicht geeft over Tokyo. Wij komen hier zeker terug bij onze volgende reis.'

'Perfect for a citytrip in Tokyo! Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus. Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean. Staff is helpfull and very friendly. Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast. We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well. '

'This was a very fun place to stay in the absolute heart of Shinjuku. Omoide Yokocho is only 3 minutes away, go under the traintracks and cross the street and you're in Kabukicho. We had some worries about sound because you're on a very busy street but aside from the very occasional ambulance (twice in 5 nights) we didn't hear much outside noise. The staff spoke impeccable English and were very friendly. This is the perfect place to stay for first timers who want to fully immerse in the hussle...

'Een prettig hotel dat erg centraal is gelegen. In 10 minuten loop je naar Shinjuku Station en je hebt de M metro op steenworp afstand. Kamer is wel erg krap, evenals de badkamer. Het ontbijt is wat beperkt maar smaakt verder prima. '

'Kamer was klein maar fijn! Weinig kastruimte dus moesten 9 dagen uit de koffer leven wat jammer was! Waren met baby van 10 maanden op reis en helaas hadden ze geen babybedje! Maar er was genoeg plek voor het babytentje wat we mee hadden genomen! Baby in bad had niet gekunt want bed was vrij smal! Locatie van het hotel is top! Metro en supermarkt om de hoek, 5 minuten van piss alley en golden gai! Zeker weten aanrader als je zonder kind naar Tokyo gaat!'

'Perfecte locatie in Shinjuku met het station, winkels, restaurants alles op loopafstand. Kleine kamer, maargoed het is Tokyo en meer heb je niet nodig :-). Dus top!'

'Staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the toilet also had a bidet. The receptionists were very accommodating when they realized that I couldn’t speak Japanese. The Lawson on the ground floor and proximity to the Washington Hotel Airport Limo stop was a huge bonus. Shinjuku station is also a short walk away which added to the convenience to the location. Would book again.'
