'The room was incredible. It was not just clean but beautifully decorated and cozy. It was exactly what we were looking for for a night away. The bed was comfortable (probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in) and we even had little Christopher elbow chocolates waiting for us on the bed. 'The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. '
