« The tiny house was perfect for a bicycle ride from Vernonia to Banks and back on the fully paved rails-to-trails. The host communicated early on that the tiny house is 18 miles from the Banks-Vernonia trail. We transported our bikes on the car rack to Vernonia Lake trailhead, a less busy trailhead than the Banks Trailhead. « The tiny house aka "glamping" site was exactly as I expected, It was cozy and well thought-out, and the only element missing was a comfortable place to sit and read etc. in the main area (for damp days and evenings). An easily stowed beanbag cushion would suffice. The "handbook" provided made it seem that other guests perhaps did not expect the tinyness and rusticness, but the property is exactly as described, so read well and enjoy. The river and general location is fabulous. »

« Beautiful location on the river, view from the hot tub, great fire pit area. The cabin took a long time to heat up after we arrived but it is an old log cabin so that is expected. Host was very responsive. »

« Ember and Alan were awesome hosts- they gave great suggestions of things to do in the area, showed us pictures of the mountain from the resort, and were super accommodating. Make sure to rent a boat and go out on the lake while you’re here. 10/10 would stay here again! »
