'This is one of the cleanest, most well-equipped rentals we have ever had the privilege to stay in. Vicki has thought of everything (cooler, beach towels, fins/masks, laundry detergent, etc). Her "master" binder on the counter includes menus, information on local activities, emergency weather procedures as well as local hospital/clinic numbers, etc. should they be needed. 'We absolutely loved staying here. This condo is perfect for beautiful evening sunsets and watching turtles in the pools right behind the condo. The condo is beautiful and steps from the beach.'

'Wonderful condo on the ocean. You fall asleep listening to the waves. Condo has everything you need: comfy beds, full kitchen, beautiful lanai to sit on. Did we mention the million dollar view? We saw whales a bunch of times in the distance. Great home base. Must do's: Volcanoes National Park; night snorkel with Manta Rays; Hawaii Botanical Gardens; Black Sand Beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.'

'This was our first visit to the Big Island. The property manager responded to my question regarding snorkeling gears promptly. It was easy to get to the property from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped for our needs. There were welcome gifts of local beer and snacks! We enjoyed Kona coffee provided as well. 'This place is very spacious (being on the corner). It had everything we needed to visit the beach. Cooler, chairs, towels, etc. We only stayed a few nights, but the reserved parking space was very nice and the beach next door was perfect for afternoons. A major grocery store is just mins away via car. Lots of windows let you watch the ocean, and fish activity.'

'The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. We met a nice "neighbor" on the same floor and had a pleasant visit with her and her dog. Kalalau beach is near by which provides nice snorkeling experience. We will come back and visit again.'

'Great condo not far from town. Nice pool with hot tub, very clean. This unit was truly ocean front with large lanai and access from the bedroom or living area. Pretty quiet laid-back area, nice tide pools out front. Bring your reef shoes! We would stay at the Kona Bali Kai again.'

'Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.'

'We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again.'
