« We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. « Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. It was inconvenient to live that way for 2 weeks »
