« This beautifully appointed cottage, next to Barry the owners home, has everything and more, than you could ever need. The view from the cottage is over rural farm land and out to the Shorebird Coast, Firth of Thames and the Coromandel ranges beyond. The moment I arrived from central Auckland I felt myself start to relax. Barry was very friendly and helpful. « We visited the property to enjoy with family and friends. The only reason we’ve booked the property was pool and when we entered the property there was rubbish everywhere in the property. The pool was so dirty and not even working, The carpet was burnt and there was rubbish on the sofas. There was moldy chicken in the oven which was stinking. »

« Absolute joke, false advertising!!!! No where on LISTINGS does it say you are sharing a downstairs house with multiples, more like back packers. One person just ooend the door while we were un dressing, we actually checked out 3 days earlier and took a loss and booked elsewhere. 7 day booking and your expected to use the same towel, freezing cold with no heater and not enough linen.
