Enjoy the comforts of home in the Luxury Ocean Villa, 217. This second floor studio villa has an exceptional, unobstructed ocean view from your private lanai. This unit is only 60 feet from the beach and a two minute walk from the newly remodeled Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay.

Ocean Villa 217 amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a printer, in unit washer/dryer, hair dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - updated in 2024, a full size Miele fridge, and a new luxury king bed with Hotel Collection sheets. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a huge soaking tub. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee filters. Ocean Villa 217 also includes a reserved parking spot in a gated lot at no extra cost to guests. The parking spot is only steps away from the villa with easy elevator or stairway access.

Ocean Villa 217 comfortably sleeps 2-4 guests with its king sized bed and a high end American Leather Co. queen sleeper sofa with a cooling gel mattress.

This villa is on the North Shore of Oahu, known for its pristine beaches, dramatic waves, and romantic sunsets. It is one of 57 private luxury villas that share 880 acres and 5 miles of private untouched white-sand beaches with the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort.

Enjoy sandy beaches, two 18-hole PGA golf courses, surfing, paddle boarding, horse riding, snorkeling, hiking, helicopter rides, whale watching, full service spa, and several casual to fine dining restaurants.

The Ocean Villas are located just minutes away from the world-famous surfing Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, historic old Hawaii Haleiwa Town, Polynesian Cultural Center (voted #1 Luau of all the Hawaiian Islands), Dole Pineapple Farms, and Waimea Falls Park (botanical garden). Diamond Head, Honolulu and Pearl Harbor are only 50 minutes away.

Ocean Villa 217 has new luxury bath towels and sheets, beach towels, snorkel masks and fins, beach chairs, an ice chest, a professional body board, and a beach umbrella, all for you to use. The best part of your trip, though, will be sitting on your private lanai and enjoying the dramatic waves and warm tropical breeze.

Our property manager will be available throughout your stay. This property is zoned short-term vacation rental so we can rent to vacationers.

Hands down this condo should be in the Condo Hall of Fame. While all other condo buildings at the Ocean Villas face the pool (think vintage Holiday Inn), this is the only building that truly faces the ocean. Add to the fact that this is on the second floor, which greatly enhances the view, and you won't want to leave the balcony for your entire vacation. The interior accommodations and furnishings are first class. We'll return to this exact spot again and again. Mahalo!

Perfect Oceanfront condo

Beautifully furnished, perfectly clean condo located next to the Ritz Carlton on Turtle Bay. Sapphire supplied us with all the information we needed for an easy check in and even accommodated our request for early access.We loved the location so close to Roy’s and the cafe and bars at the Ritz. Absolutely beautifully appointed and large “villa” with spectacular views of ocean from the lanai. Owners thought of everything when furnishing and supplying this place. It’s dreamy! Fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies and even desk with uber comfortable bed. Very clear and timely communications. We loved it!

Awesome location, Awesome accommodations

Hubby and I love returning to the North Shore every year for so many reasons, among which are the location and peace/calm we feel at this property. This villa really stands out from the other properties we have stayed at as it displays pride of ownership -- it is very clean, well-maintained, and has visually appealing decor. We really appreciated the FULL size refrigerator and comfy mattress. We had a couple of questions which Sapphire quickly responded to, which was also very much appreciated. We have found a new 'home' on the North Shore and plan to continue our annual visit to "The Gathering Place". Thank you Sapphire for making our stay at this villa so very enjoyable!

So relaxing and beautiful accommodations! We have family in the west side and rarely make it to the north, but we allowed ourselves some private downtime, and it was well worth it before we saw our family! I’d love to go back!

Incredible location

There really isn't a better option for staying right on the coast at Turtle Bay. Completely private, overlooking the ocean not the pool. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is high on my 'must have' list for traveling all the way to Hawaii and this beautiful condo doesn't disappoint. I tend to be very particular and found the space to be extremely clean, tidy, well maintained, and provided all that was needed. The tv had been damaged by the prior renter and the owner tried to set everything up in the few hours between our stays. They were super responsive and tried their best, and ultimately, who comes to Hawaii to watch tv anyway? So this didn't bother me and my daughter a bit. I would absolutely come back and I would prioritize choosing this same rental if available. The location really can't be beat. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear were all readily available. The linens and towels were great quality and the kitchen and bathroom were excellent and all you could need for a perfect stay. Our favourite meal of our entire trip was Foodland poke rice avocado, sitting on the beautiful balcony enjoying the gorgeous view. We did not use the facilities at the hotel but did enjoy being able to walk over to check out the gift shops. My 11 year old daughter loved the pool area and the beach was perfect for family swimming. I highly recommend this rental and fantastic owner. I promise I will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

We had such an amazing stay! The pictures of the view were what sold us on booking this property, and it didn't disappoint. The layout of the unit made it feel larger than advertised. Overall, the unit was impeccably clean and well appointed. The big patio, complete with dining set and lounger, stole the show with it's unobstructed ocean views. We also appreciated the large closet that was big enough to keep luggage out of sight and the well lit bathroom- complete with a magnifying mirror. The proximity to The Ritz gave us access to great restaurants and nightly entertainment without having to spend more to stay in a smaller room with less amenities. We were already talking about coming back before we had even checked out!

Relaxing on the North Shore

This property is beautiful inside and out. My wife & I stayed here for 15 nights. The view is as advertised. Just open those big glass doors and listen to the ocean waves all day and night. The beach & pool were steps away. The unit is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork giving you that Hawaii feel. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed with everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas & snorkel equipment were all provided.You even have a designated parking space for your vehicle. Check in was super easy. The owner answered all our questions prior to our arrival and was quick to answer back during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the North Shore.
