'Loved the location, nice clean unit, and Kevin was great to work with when we had questions. The private tennis court was incredible. The balcony and glass door/windows face the road, so light sleepers may want earplugs. 100% would stay here again if we come back to Maui.'

'Our bottom floor condo had all of the amenities we needed and more! The closets were stocked with gear for fishing, paddling, snorkeling, etc. Large outside barbeque with pool and chairs made us like we didn't miss out an anything if we just stayed at the condo. We cooked at least one meal a day at the condo which is close to a private-like park at the end of the street. This was perfect for our needs and the value was amazing. This was our most memorable stay in Hawaii and we will be back!'

'The home is right across from a nice beach. Parking is included for one vehicle. Chairs, an umbrella, towels are available. The AC works great, and check-in was a breeze.'

'This is a great place to stay, very central location for the whole island. If you are looking to explore this is the perfect place, everything was within about an hour drive and there is plenty of good beaches with free parking near the apartment. If you want to have the expensive resort feel this is not the place for you. However, the apartment had all the necessary cooking equipment along with beach stuff. 'This was a wonderful condo and perfect location. 3 adults stayed just shy of 2 weeks. While the condo did feel tight for 3 people, with only 1 bathroom, it was a nice condo. Sugar Beach Resort is a perfect location to stay at as you are in the middle of wherever you want to go on the island. This condo does not have an ocean view but the pool is right there and the beach is just on the other side of the pool.
