Recently updated Papakea Resort 1 bed, 1 bath fully stocked condo is in a great location with beautiful Ocean Views. This bright and airy condo has coastal vibes throughout and can accommodate 4 people. It comes with all the household items and beach gear you'll need to make amazing Maui memories. The resort has amenities galore including tropical koi ponds, putting greens, tennis and pickle ball courts, pools, spas, BBQ area, cabana, 24 hour front desk, ample parking, and more. All this centrally located in a great area within walking distance to shops and dining.

Bedroom: King size bed, TV with cable, closet space, and fan.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, and single vanity sink with storage.

Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar(2 seats), bistro/work table for 2 people, large smart TV with cable, new pull out sofa sleeper, and comfortable chair. Washer/dryer is located in the hallway closest and we supply pods. Beach gear is available for your use in the closet. There is a mini split AC system in living room only.

Lanai: Pub table for 2 and a lounge chair.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. Every vacation rental is different and we supply more than most hosts on the island. We do not supply extra. We also leave an Aloha welcome gift for you.

We do have a $75 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage. Accidents happen, and we have you covered.

***UPDATE: As of July 1 2025 the Resort fee from Aston of $25 day will no longer be collected. Only bookings before July 1 2025 have to pay this fee at the front desk upon check in.***

There is stair drop in access to the water for snorkeling or there is useable beach is just a short walk next door. Papakea is a true resort with every amenity you'll need to make amazing Maui memories.

*PLEASE NOTE* The entire Papakea Resort will be going through a plumbing overall project next year sometime. This does affect water pressure sometimes in the unit.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
