Aparthotels in Jupiter Island

'The apartment was clean and modestly furnished. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower. Decent towels and bed linens but no kitchen towels. Pool towels are furnished with unit. There is a coin-operated laundry on site if you need to do laundry. The place was quiet and okay if you're looking for a budget rental for a weekend in Jensen Beach. This is an older apartment complex with short and long term rentals. The check in process was not good. Not sure why I had to fill...

'Clean'

'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'The room had an air conditioning problem so they moved me to another property. The room was in upgrade but the place was missing a swimming pool which was something I really like. The room was clean but the dishes and pots and pans were very dirty as was the freezer. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was in the bedroom and you had to have it on maximum in order some of the cold would get out into the living room and the kitchen. They really need to invest in a fan in that place. The...

'Everything at the resort closed so early. The kitchen at the poolside restaurant closed at 5:30. The pool slide closed at 6:00. Really disappointed. Resort fee not included. Additional cost we weren’t planning on.'
