'When arriving at 3pm I was quite disrespectfully told to go away and come back at 4, the original incheck time. Because signing wasn’t clear I just wanted to know at that point if that was where check in was, because the name mentioned was not Sierra House. Returned at 4 pm and a different lady gave me the room keys and directions and informed me that I had been upgraded. She was very kind. But the room had not been cleaned, so back to the lobby again.

'Old needs renovation staff makes the diffrence'

Personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt oké.'

'This is a hostel type property. As such I thought it was outstanding. I needed a place mostly to sleep and prepare meals. The bedroom was comfortable. There was a floor heater that allowed me to control the temperature in the room, which was small and spartan but had everything I needed and at an excellent price. The shared bathroom was clean, with showers that had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Check-in was super easy and could be done at any time because they had a system for enabling...
