'Air conditioning units were new and worked well. Room was clean and ready for us. The internet was poor and very spotty. Parking was great. Convenient to Heroes restaurant which is outstanding.'

'I have to say the manager was really nice and tried to help but for the reason that our reservation was canceled due to plumbing issues and not letting us know, unfortunately this contributes to a bad review. It’s unbelievable that they couldn’t fix the issue on time and let us with no place to go, everything was booked everywhere else due to a holiday weekend. We had to go get a room all the way to Downtown San Diego which was not in our plans.'

'This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views. We love that is pet friendly, their kitchen is very well stocked with them providing coffee, creamer, eggs and toast (for you to make, there is no staff at property) for guest use. My biggest and only complaint is the a/c unit, they have an old school window unit and sure wish they would...

'Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench'
