'Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues.'

'We stayed as a family of 4 (and dog) in August and enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions although the pool was nearly as hot as the hot tub! The only negative was the condition of the garden as a whole,...

'We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin met 5 kinderen. . De ruimte voor een ieder was heerlijk en het feit dat je vanaf huis kon wandelen, kanoën en zwemmen was een enorme luxe. De keuken is fantastisch ingericht met voor een chef kok alles wat je nodig zou kunnen heheh. Het buiten koken was een geweldige vrije ervaring met uitzicht op de Loir. Dank Matthieu en Nathalie voor jullie enorm hartelijke ontvangst. We komen graag een keer terug.'

'We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. 'Très bon séjour dans cette jolie , lumineuse et grande maison avec son magnifique jardin arboré bien clos. On s'y sent comme chez soi, la décoration est sobre et de bon goût, la cuisine est bien équipée et tellement agréable avec sa grande baie vitrée donnant sur la terrasse plein sud! Salle de bain nickel avec grande douche à l'italienne et chambres avec bonne literie. Michèle, la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute , nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !'

'Achter een klein houten deurtje ontdek je een heerlijke tuin vol rust en een klein huisje met alle luxe die je nodig hebt. De gastheer stond altijd voor ons klaar en hielp ons graag met al onze vragen en wensen. Een mooie thuisbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Zeker aan te raden. '

'Grands et petits ont pu pêcher sur le lieu de la location. Le trampoline a bien amusé les enfants. Ballades sur le lieu du gîte. Plusieurs feux de cheminée très apprécié.'

'Nous avons reçu le code d'accès très tard, vers 19h, sans message de prévenance au préalable. Logement adapté pour 4. Il y a 2 places supplémentaires, d'un confort relatif, dans le canapé lit de 140. Quant à la 7ème place, nous ne l'avons pas trouvée. L'internet était HS et nous n'avons pas eu de linge de maison ni de serviettes pour 7.'

'Très bon hôtel. Chambre pour 4 avec deux salles de bain : confortable, propre, moderne et cuisine tout équipée même un lave vaisselle. Proposition de plateaux repas variés et très bon qui nous attendaient dans notre appartement et petit-déjeuner proposé pour un tarif raisonnable. On recommande. '
