'We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake'

'Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding.'

'The place was great for our stay to visit the Precious Moments Chapel. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. It’s conveniently located one block from the convenience store, grocery store, Dollar General and Scooters. My little suggestion would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. We had three women getting ready and only one bathroom having the only mirror in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we make any more trips to Carthage!'

'Beautiful and updated house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The furniture was attractive and functional. The decor was pleasing. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the host provided nice linens, towels, warm blankets and welcoming touches like white noise machines, shower soaps, messages regarding wi-fi and a fun theater room. 'The tone of rules sent on check in day were quite abrasive. The instructions for entering the house could have been clearer. Once inside, we found the older home delightfully restored. It was very comfortable for our family and easy to find location. All bedrooms are upstairs so not great for older people.'
