'At the time of our stay- June 26-28 2026, the pool and fitness center were closed. The breakfast was delicious! And the staff were extremely helpful and apologetic for the condition of the hotel. Two members of our party had to change rooms due to inadequate air conditioning and a leak in a shower (that was causing a fall hazard in an accessible bathroom. There were tiny spiders in our beds, and dead roaches in our room. Black mildew in the showers. No batteries in tv remotes. No lightbulbs...

'First, I thought I booked a king-size bed, but we ended up with a queen-size in a very small room. Your site said there was an elevator but we got there to discover it wasn’t functioning. I managed the stairs, but I do have mobility problems and was frustrated there was no elevator. We didn’t mind the policy of no shoes, but the mat in front of the door was wet from rain, and we ended up with wet socks.
