'The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

'The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point.'

'The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward. However, the condition of the apartment did not match the photos provided.Several cleanliness and maintenance issues stood out. The shower handle was broken when we arrived and needed a maintenance visit to fix. The rugs and floors did not appear clean, and the sheets and bedding had visible stains. The bedspread also had what looked like burn holes.Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke in the unit and throughout the hallway...

'We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was perfect for what we needed and conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. Trip was originally for a GSU orientation and it turned out to be conveniently 5 mins from where we needed to go. '

'This building is very old and needs a bunch of work. The big yellow stop work sign at the front was a red flag for me. Would not recommend a stay here again. '
