« The property was very nice and accommodated us well. We had a wonderful family reunion and enjoyed the location of the house which was close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The outdoor space was great! The park was nearby and very nice as well. My two comments would be the kitchen prep area was smaller than expected. We did pay for a late checkout but received a text our last morning that we were to check out at 10 am. , which was unexpected and had us hustling to get everything in...

« The neighborhood and home itself is beautiful. It had everything we needed. There were amazing views from the porch and right on the water! The host was very attentive and checked in on us. We used the beach pass at Kelly Beach and it was great. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The property clearly had an issue with moisture. It smelled like mold and mildew. We ran the AC and the dehumidifier. It wasn't good. One of the beds was not in good condition and it felt like a spring would poke you. The entire property is dated and not in great overall condition. We would not stay there again. We actually left a night early. »

« We visited as a family of 6 (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents). The house has been tastefully renovated and was comfortably furnished. The kitchen had what we needed for making breakfasts and lunches (we went out for dinners). The house is cozy but plenty of space for the group we had. Low ceilings upstairs add charm but may be an issue for some. None of us are tall so we weren’t bothered. Lovely view from the deck/backyard and from the two queen rooms upstairs. « Nice place. Great location. However, there is an ant problem- sugar ants. If you have a short stay and don’t plan on cooking or bringing food and don’t mind sugar ants crawling around- it’s all good. »
