« We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island. »

« Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Le déjeuner n'est peut-être pas de la haute gastronomie, mais c'est un déjeuner chaud et ça fonctionne. La piscine aurait mérité légèrement plus d'entretien, mais c'était tout de même bien pour s'y baigner. Ils offrent des biscuits en soirée. »

« The staff was great.....very helpful. There was a bar & grill right across the street, with good food. The hotel had snacks and a light breakfast out all the time. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. »

« Disappointed. Room is outdated and not fully clean. I decided for this place based on reviews and was looking forward my stay but what a disappointment. Not to mention the breakfast included is totally unhygienic. »
