Experience a delightful stay at our 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment hosted by The Sanctuary Co. in the heart of Johnson City, TN. Perfectly situated in the recently revitalized downtown area, this spacious loft combines modern boho vibes with unique features like hardwood floors and exposed brick. Our sanctuaries are designed for business, leisure, or family retreats, ensuring a personalized local experience. As our honored guest, we are here to guide you through the beauty and charm of Johnson City, maximizing your travel experience with Southern hospitality.



This apartment accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably, featuring a king bed, a bunk bed(full bed with a top twin bed), and a trundle bed. A sleeper sofa and Queen air mattress are available for additional guests. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the Smart TV with its many entertainment options or explore the vibrant surroundings filled with some of the region's best dining and entertainment spots.

Guest Access:

PARKING TIPS: The Downtown Parking Square is a free parking lot next to our place. Guests are usually able to find a spot from morning till late afternoon, but right across W. St of Franklin Rd is a big lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.



This loft is right above the Downtown Square Parking lot where there is free parking, but don't wait until too late, it can fill up.



The Neighborhood:

Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!



Getting Around:

Our loft is right in the heart of downtown Johnson City overlooking a breezy courtyard. We love being able to walk to the city's best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, music venues, parks, shopping, and more! This is the perfect place to stay as you explore all that downtown JC has to offer!

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.
