Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located (bordering Bryanston and Ferndale) Unit. Key amenities within walking distance, i.e., Sandton Mediclinic, Interesting Restaurants, Shopping Centres, Parks, Police Station, Cafes and various Schools like Saints Stithians College. It is a safe and quiet with 24/7 security patrolling neighborhood.

The property has two (2) gates, one leading to the house and the other providing access to the flat

The unit is cozy, private, and homey.

A lovely kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom and bathroom.

Note that the property has 2 gates... the gate on your left leads to the unit.

The gate is remotely controlled. We will open the gate close to your arrival time. Please let me know the estimated time of arrival.

You will find the keys & remote inside the unit.

The unit door is closed, but the keys are on the kitchen breakfast table.

I prefer chatting with guests via the App. I am, however, willing to accommodate guests' preferences.

Exit Property guidelines

As you exit the property,
* you can leave the keys on the breakfast table,
* close the doors, and
* you can leave the gate open.

We will close it on our side.
