'Lovely hotel, close to the airport but slightly out of Jodhpur. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and I was given my room immediately even though I arrived well before check in time. The restaurant is excellent with a huge variety of à la carte options as well as a good buffet option. My room was large and bed was very comfortable'

'I wanted to write this review with ranking this Taj property as the best I had ever stayed at, but I'm unable to based on my checkout experience with the hotel manager. To be brief, it was a nightmare. I can confidently say that the issue was later resolved and effectively handled by Mr. Bhayal. Because of his kindness, professionalism and issue resolution I am more than inclined to leave a positive review. To be fair, this is not the fanciest Taj property I have stayed at nor is the real estate...

The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. '
