The space is catered to multiple generations or up to four couples who aim to create lasting memories.

The large first floor game room hosts ping-pong (table tennis), foosball, a card and board game table, and oversized connect four. For the performers in the group, the music area boasts a keyboard, left hand guitar, right hand ukulele and microphone. Connect to the karaoke options on YouTube via the 65” smart TV for hours of fun. Not active participants? Guests can get comfy on the sofa and enjoy this week’s college and professional games by connecting to their own local streaming services. (Netflix is provided; guests are welcome to enjoy other apps through their personal accounts.)

The main floor features an open floor plan with oversized windows allowing for beautiful views and natural lighting. Prepare family-style meals with ease via the fully stocked kitchen, fit with all new top brand appliances. Cozy up in the living area with a sleek, but warm propane fireplace and enjoy all your favorites on the 75” smart TV loaded with streaming apps.

Along with seating for 10 in the dining area, the island seats 4.

If the fresh air suits you, take your drink of choice outside where you’ll find over 1000 square feet of outdoor deck and covered patio space. Along with plenty of seating for your entire family, an all-weather corn hole game (“bags” if you will) awaits the next contestants and a new Weber propane grill is ready for the cookout. Down the steps and out to the trees, enjoy the fire pit area with plenty of room and seating, featuring the smokeless Breeo pit so you can enjoy the campfire without smelling like it afterwards!

Also on the main floor is a powder room, a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer and an additional, private patio off the main bedroom.

If you must work, a private space is available. A desk and printer are provided in the Top Floor NW Bedroom. Hi-speed internet is setup.

A tankless water heater featuring PEX tubing ensures multiple warm showers at one time!

The three-zone climate control system allows each floor to be set to a comfortable, appropriate temperature. (After all, with all ping-pong and karaoke you may want it cooler on the first floor!)

Complimentary charging for electric vehicles via 240v NEMA 14-50 outlet. Guests will need to bring their own charging cord that matches their vehicle's requirements.

The pool and lake will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. It is closed the remainder of the season.

Please use the Bear Creek Lake Community badges while using amenities. Up to three (3) vehicle passes will be provided and up to ten (10) visitor badges will be provided. We ask each guest to share an email to allow us to send a welcome binder to be signed via Adobe Sign.

Throughout guests’ stays, it’s imperative no trash is left outside (including around the fire pit) as we must avoid attracting unwanted campers! Trash disposal will be handled by the cleaning team upon checkout and should be placed in the bins in the utility garage in the meantime.

There are security cameras at each entrance of the chalet.
