'This is an unstaffed hotel in a mixed-use building. The location is not central but very close to Peggy Guggenheim and the academic gallery, literally several minutes. I highly recommend the Moro Cafe for breakfast or for a snack - very close by. I believe some rooms overlook the canal, ours didnt, but it overlooked a very nice garden. 'Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. De sleutel haal je op bij een ander hotel, veel uitleg gekregen over Venetië en zij liep mee om ons te laten zien waar wij logeerden. In het hotel nog 1 ochtend gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Was goed. De badkamer was echt oud en aan vernieuwing toe. Er kwam weinig warm water uit de kraan. Het was koud of super warm.'

'The room was very big, had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was also large. We were to have a shared washroom, but the other room was empty so we lucked out with it all to ourselves. There were stairs to get up to the room, but it was wide and had a few landings, not just a big straight up flight. 'Quiet area away from tourists. Get a porter from train station to take your luggage. Newer property and done very nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Viviana was so awesome. Our room, Girasolle, had a huge terrace. So nice to sit out there in morning.'
