'Overall, this was one of, if not the worst experiences I have had with a hotel/resort. I do not recommend at all. Most of the property and the amenities are not well maintained. For the most part, the staff were helpful and reaponsive. They were doing their best to keep things running, but the resort is way overdue for an upgrade. The AC of the kitchenette area and the downstairs bwdroom was not working. The toilets smell like swege. The furniture and beds have clear signs of wear and...

'Amazing hotel, apartments are spacious and clean. Location is excellent, with restaurants and cafes all around the property.'

'The hotel’s location outside Manama city center is a double edged sword. The advantage is the peace and quiet in the evenings, but the downside is that you’ll need to drive whenever you want to visit the center, as the hotel is situated in a business district. The property is slightly dated, though this wasn’t an issue for us at all. We stayed on the 21st floor; in hindsight, we would have preferred a lower floor, but that was our own choice. Free parking is available, but please be very...

'nice hotel, the staff is excellent! only nearest shopping centre is 15 min by taxi... nothing near the hotel but close the airport. very good if you want a quite hotel with good service.'

'The room was a great size and everyone was so helpful but I fall at the pool from a new tile that was very slippery and dangerous and staff person was not helpful or even concerned. I used a towel to keep people from falling like me. We also had water all over the floor every time we used the shower.'

'Geweldig hotel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een echte aanrader.'

'Check on fast and easy , Missed the request for extra towels Received the requested slippers Mattress was not even and the age of it is expired not comfy at all 2 pillows for 2 adults in the room not convenient Extra bathroom in living room is a plus , TV channels is not working in proper way and outdated TV'

'Clean Room, great staff and fully air conditioned'

'I had a very long layover and I stayed here and I loved it. The space was clean and it was big enough to hold two people comfortably. I definitely recommend it if you have a long layover or just want to freshen up.'

'Amazing Hotel.........most helpful staff and great food.'

'I really don't have a bad word to say regarding the staff, they were all quite helpful and friendly. My low rating is related to the hotel itself, it's just so run down and is in desperate need of a remodel or refurbish. I was handed a fresh towel at the pool that was covered in bleach stains. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, there was nothing on offer besides bread, cheese and fruits which was a let down. It was offered at a cheaper price because of this (1.5BD) but maybe taking...
