Rechercher des hôtels - Gouvernorat méridional

« The resort is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean. However, service is very slow, room service took forever and in room dining spilled the juice twice. We had to call several times for someone to bring us amenities and 3 times to request a buggy for checkout. »

« Amazing hotel, apartments are spacious and clean. Location is excellent, with restaurants and cafes all around the property. »

« Not good not clean »

« No phone number provided, Location not exist. No response from the owner through Verbo, Did not stay there and no refund issued, lost 3 nights for no reason »

« The welcoming desk could not find my reservation it took a lot of time for them to get it. They kept my passport without telling me. They had a disco club at the 11th floor, I had a deluxe suit I needed something quiet. I couldn't sleep from midnight to 5am. The welcoming desks agents were barely polite and concerned, the grooms were very nice and aware. »
