New kitchen with bigger fridge/freezer, units and extra storage. This 3 level house offers a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy a well appointed property and great location overlooking Javea marina. It's just a 5 min stroll to the popular sandy beaches of the Arenal with their safe swimming, variety of water sports, shops, bars and restaurants.

The complex has a fantastic lagoon style pool and extensive lawned tropical gardens with shade available with wooden parasols. There is a padel & tennis court, basket ball area and football practice net.

The accommodation has been tastefully furnished throughout by the owner and comprises of a bright and sunny lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto a private paved terrace with patio furniture and BBQ for 'al fresco' dining overlooking the marina. The lounge also has English & Spanish Digital TV plus DVD and Fibre Internet Connection. There is a fully refurbished galley style kitchen with oven, hob, & a new larger fridge/freezer, microwave and a separate utility area with a new washing machine. An open staircase leads up to level two which has a small open lounge area with a sofa for extra relaxation, twin bedroom and shower room with sink and toilet.

A further staircase leads up to level three which has the bright and sunny master bedroom with built in wardrobes and a small balcony with excellent open views over the marina, a double / twin bedroom and a full family bathroom. Air con is installed in all the bedrooms and in the living area.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'blue flag' beaches. Javea is split into 3 main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for children in the summer months with rides, trampoline and go-kart. The 'Port' is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit promenade of restaurants, bars and clean pebbled beaches. The 'Historic Town' has white house fronts and is a typically Spanish town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience and offers an array of shops and traditional tapas bars. The spectacular fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months. The house is situated overlooking the Arenal Marina and is within a few minutes walk to the Arenal Beach and all its amenities.

Javea is less than 1 hour's drive by car to Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, Aqualandia a themed swimming water park and 'Terra Mitica' a large fun park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby towns include Moraira with spectacular coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe rock' jutting out of the sea, Benissa and Teulada.

Golf courses nearby: The house is ideally situated for those who enjoy a relaxing round of golf. Javea has its own Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and there is also Club de Golf Ifach near Moraira. There is Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and the famous Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

The property is great for location. The beach, restaurants and Port end are all within easy walking distance. The three pools are extremely clean and well maintained. The house has everything you need for a superb stay. The owner responds extremely quickly. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

No volvería ni regalado, había suciedad por todos los lados y no de una semana si no de meses.... Ni llegué a sentarme en el sofá (que era rojo pero estaba negro) de lo sucio que estaba, los cojines los retire por que de todos colgaban pelos y en la cama dormí encima de una toalla mía, estaban sucias las sábanas y con pelos, neverita que no entra nada y encima sucia y rota para ser un alojamiento para más de 6 no estaba desinfectado, ni limpio, ni olía bien. Al patio ni salí estaba el suelo sucio la mesa con restos de comida la barbacoa tal y como la hubieran usado otras personas y olía a orina. Los aires acondicionados no los han limpiado nunca, el extractor del baño ni se veía las ventanas y los rieles negros. Casi todo en mal estado bastante deteriorado. Es el peí. En definitiva no lo recomiendo ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable peor apartamento que este no creo que haya y a pesar de que vino un señor a mejorarlo lo que hizo fue de risa y encima pretendían cobrarme 85 e por un servicio y desinfección que no se realizo y encima en la factura no consta.

Me siento engañada.

La descripción del apartamento no concuerda con la realidad. NO HAY NEVERA NORMAL, nos encontramos con una nevera pequeña con mini congelador y otro más pequeña de habitación de hotel en el salón. ¿Una familia puede estar en agosto sin nevera?. Solicitamos que nos trajeran una nevera y la respuesta fue que solo podían traer otra pequeña de habitación de hotel. Empezamos nuestras vacaciones muy enfadados y si esto no fuera suficiente: Hay solo una sartén que esta para tirar. El horno no cierra la puerta. La lavadora se le sale el agua y está oxidada. Dos sillas del comedor a punto de romperse, casi nos caemos. La alcachofa del baño del segundo piso está rota. Los servicios comunitarios como la pista de Padel, no lo ofrecen desde el principio; descubrimos el segundo día que tenia un código, que había de apuntarse en una APP para coger pista 24h antes. No pudimos jugar. Se nota que el apartamento no está cuidado. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!

Buen apartamento para disfrutar de Javea

El apartamento es muy completo y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Javea. Puedes ir caminando a la playa y al paseo donde están los bares y restaurantes. Muy comodo.

La ubicación es muy cómoda y práctica, el apartamento es amplio, algún detalle se queda un poco viejo pero la atención del dueño vía email es frecuente y amable. La limpieza no era la esperable para pagar el suplemento que se pide. Pero el dueño es amable. La decoración agradable.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de la playa de arena y cerca de la playa de roca. tres habitaciones. La orientación es Oeste, pero el aire aconidcionado hace buen papel, hay en todas las estancias. El complejo está muy bien, zona verde y piscina. La cocina es pequeña.

Owners are fantastic to correspond with. Location is brilliant to both the Port and the Arenal beach area. Complex has an excellent pool with lifeguard. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect in virtually every way

Stayed here in June 19, 2 adults and 3 'children' aged 18-21 plenty of room for everyone, good facilities in the town house, which was very clean. Handover smooth, and good communication right from booking to checking out. The pool is massive (its bigger than the picture makes it look!) 5 mins walk to the sandy beach and promenade with restaurants, about 30mins to the port and a bit longer to the old town, 10min walk to supermarket. Highly recommended

Beautiful place for a Spanish getaway

This is only our second time in Javea and I couldn't think of a nicer base than Casa Cariad. The house is well equipped and only a stones throw from the beach and its plethora of restaurants and bars. There is a lovely communal pool and tennis court and the surrounding areas are well maintained. Overall we had a lovely long weekend and will definitely be returning, perhaps with our children next time!

Great Value For Money

What a fantastic price for peak season in this lovely 3 storey townhouse,which has 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and a spacious living room/dining area and a very pleasant outside seating/dining area overlooking the canal.Well equipped with all you need and only a short walk to the beach,shops and bars/restaurants of Jávea Arenal.There’s a fantastic pool area in the gated complex,with three separate pools and a lifeguard in attendance.If you factor in the very helpful comms.from Bronwen,you really can’t go wrong with Casa Cariad,highly recommended!

Excellent location

Just got back from a 2 week stay here. The location is perfect and is a few minutes walk from Arenal beach. The pool is one of the best I’ve seen and the grounds are well maintained. I can’t speak highly enough of the owner who was so helpful during our stay. Whilst the rooms aren’t the biggest they are more than adequate and there is a real homely feel with plenty of storage space

Great location but property a let down

Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations. It was rather run down and not very clean. Although it can sleep 8, the bedrooms are all rather small with barely any storage (eg no drawers); the balconies are also very small although there is a small patio/terrace area to sit out in. All the reviews on this site are extremely positive and from stays in 2016, so possibly the property was in better condition at that time. To be fair to the owner, when we contacted her regarding some issues with the property, she was very good at trying to improve our situation and put things right, which we really appreciated. Positive things about this property are that it is in an excellent location within Javea and has a very large shared swimming pool and gardens. The TV and WiFi were also good.
